General Template for State Flag Speech/Class Speech (Student Version)

Many children are nervous as soon as they hear that they want to speak: they forget their words on the stage, their voices tremble, and their hands don’t know where to put them. In fact, there are “routines” in the speech: clear structure + attractive opening + power at the end, you can hold the scene.

I. The opening decides the success or failure

The first 30 seconds of grabbing the audience: asking a question, telling a small story, quoting a famous quote, are better than “everyone, I’m talking about today…”. The opening was familiar, and the period of tension passed.

II. Use the “three-point formula” in the text

“Speak three points” is the golden rule of speech: 3 sub-arguments + one example each, the structure is clear, the audience remembers. It is best to use the things around you (classmates, teachers, own experience) to be more infectious than celebrity cases.

3. It is important to practice in advance

Practice 3 times at home in front of the mirror: the first time reading the manuscript, the second time leaving the manuscript, and the third time adding gestures and expressions. After becoming proficient, he didn’t panic when he came to power. Parents can be a spectator and help their children time and suggestions.

IV. On-Site Tips

Forget the words, don’t stop, you can naturally repeat the transition of the last sentence; when the voice is small, remind yourself to “say it to the last row of classmates”; when watching the audience, look at “above the back of the head”, not so nervous.
