PPT production skills and reporting framework template (for workplace reporting)

📌 Xiaobian Guide· Editor: Teacher Chen
It is not difficult to do PPT, it is difficult to make a PPT that “leads to love and see”: the structure is clear, the focus is prominent, and the vision is comfortable. This document organizes the golden structure (conclusion first – data support – chart presentation) and typesetting skills of the workplace reporting PPT, with outline templates.

The core of PPT in the workplace is not “dazzling skills”, but “clear things up”: leadership time is precious, and if you can’t grasp the key points within 30 seconds of a page of PPT, this page will fail.

I. Title is Conclusion

The most effective way to write a PPT title is to write the conclusion directly into the title – “Q3 sales increased by 15%, achieving the target” is 10,000 times better than “Q3 sales report”. Leaders scan the catalog to see your core results.

II. Data Visualization

Never use text on charts: line charts for growth trends, pie charts for occupancy, and histograms for contrast. The chart should be accompanied by a title and a data source, so that people can understand at a glance “what is this thing, where the data comes from”.

3. Only one thing per page

“One Page One Topic” is the iron law of PPT. If you have more content, you can open the page, rather than fill the page with a few more pages. The main points of each page are controlled within 3, and one more is deleted.

IV. Drill before debriefing

Practice at least 2 times before the formal debriefing: timing, checking whether the logic is straightforward, and rehearsing the questioning session. The jamming point found during the drill is where it needs to be modified.
