Grade 4-6 is one of the most important English tests for college students. This backup plan explains the structure of the test paper, the skills of each question type, and the review schedule. The full version of Word can be printed and pasted on the head of the bed, and it can be carried out as planned.
However, the most common reason is not poor English, but the lack of planning and nudity. Listening relies on grinding the ears, reading relies on speed, writing relies on translation relies on templates – each has a clear point path, the key is to stick to the implementation.
I. Listening is the biggest sub-item
Levels 4 and 6 account for 35% of hearing, and many test takers lose the most points here. Key points: ① Listen to the card at the top of the examination room (close the paper immediately after listening); ② preview options to predict the topic; ③ grab the signal words (but, however, usually followed by the answer). The combination of intense listening and extensive listening every day has significantly improved hearing for two months.
2. Reading should control the time
Level 4 and 6 reading time is tight, and it is difficult to select words to fill in the blanks. It is recommended to do it at the end; long reading should be done first, then positioned, and completed within 10 minutes; careful reading is the main force of scoring, and the correct rate should be ensured.
3. There are templates for writing and translation
Reciprocate the beginning, transition, and end of the three-piece sentence pattern, plus 2-3 advanced sentence patterns (inverted, clauses, and non-predicates), and the score immediately takes a step up. Translate the sentence before translating, pay attention to the accurate use of words, correct grammar, and do not pursue gorgeous.
IV. Exam Preparation Timeline
From now to the exam: test a set of real questions in Weeks 1-2; special breakthroughs in Weeks 3-8 (3 days of listening per week, 3 days of reading, 1 day of writing translation); real questions simulation in Weeks 9-12 (a full set of simulations every weekend). At this rhythm, steady over 425 points.
