Every political study and business training must be written and experienced, and many people do not know where to start. This document organizes the three-paragraph structure of “learning-think-line” and two paradigms, which can be applied to any learning scenario.
The experience is “ideas + practices after learning”, but many people write it as “content retelling”: copy the learning materials once and then hand them over. Real feelings need to have “own feelings” and “next actions”.
I. Remember the three paragraphs: learn – think – do
The first paragraph reads “What did you learn” (refining a few points); the second paragraph reads “What did you think of” (reflecting on yourself); the third paragraph reads “What will you do” (concrete action plan). This structure is not boring.
2. Do not repeat the original text
“Three points were made at the meeting, the first point… the second point…” This is not an experience, it is a note. The right thing to do: Choose 1-2 points that touch you, expand your understanding, and use “I recognize” “This makes me think” to elicit personal thinking. “
3. It is only by connecting with reality that it can be convincing
The best part is “combining oneself”: combining job responsibilities, combining specific examples, and combining one’s own shortcomings. What leaders look at is whether you have “walked the heart” and whether you have implemented the action.
IV. Length and Format
Generally 800-1500 words; the title is “Learning ___ Experience”; the first paragraph explains the learning content, and the last paragraph expresses its position. The handwriting is neat and organized.
