📌 Xiaobian Guide· Editor: Liu Xiaobian
The resume was unresponsive, and most of the questions came from the resume itself. This HR perspective resume guide gives 10 practical suggestions + complete templates. Many job seekers work hard to write a three-page resume, but HR only looks at 30 seconds and puts it down. The problem is not “not good enough”, but “the focus is not prominent” – what HR wants you do not write, you write HR does not care.

1. 30-second rule

HR quickly scans the resume for three pieces of information: who you are (basic information), what you can do (core skills and experience), and how well you are doing (results data). These three items must be placed on the first 1/3 pages and can be seen at a glance.

2. Use numbers instead of adjectives

No one believes that “work is serious and responsible”, “complete 120% of sales tasks” and “organize activities to cover 500 people” are convincing. Change all the adjectives in your resume to numbers for immediate results.

III. One job, one resume

There are 100 Haitou companies with the same resume, so it is better to customize one for each of the 3 companies you like. Customization method: Write the keywords (skills, experience, certificates) in the job JD into your resume, so that HR can see “this is the person I want” at a glance.

IV. Checklist

Final check before delivery: ① One page? ② Is the focus on the first 1/3? ③ Is there a number? ④ Typed incorrectly? ⑤ Is the photo formal? ⑥ Is the file name “Name – Position – Age”? (Easy to find resume for HR, favorability +1)
